It is critical to have the right tools and resources when creating and maintaining a successful blog, which is why I made this list of My Favorite Blogging Tools and Resources.

Quiet Girl Diaries, Blogging Tools and Resources

These tools and resources are indispensable to this blog and you might find a
few of them helpful too. I only recommend what I genuinely use and love. As my blog grows, I will update this list to add any new tools and resources that I enjoy using and find useful for my blog

Web Hosting

Bluehost is one of the easiest and most popular hosting and domain registration platforms. It offers many services, including unlimited domain hosting, free site builders, and disk storage. Learn more about Bluehost.

The Quiet Girl Diaries, Blogging Tools and Resources is obviously another go-to site for domain names. But they also offer great web hosting services!

Web Design and Builders

If you register with, you get one-click WordPress installation. WordPress is one of the most popular one-stop-shop for website hosting and web building, plus it offers a lot of free themes.

Also, Wix is a great design platform! Their powerful technology makes it easy for everyone to get online with a stunning, professional and functional web presence. No coding involved – just complete freedom to express yourself and manage your entire business online.

For more themes, templates, logos and security plug-ins, check out MOJO Marketplace. They have a wide variety of designs to choose from.mojomarketplace

Social Sharing

To schedule my pins on Pinterest, I use Tailwind. It is a huge time saver and can help you grow on Pinterest. To learn more about the benefits of Tailwind, read my post.

SumoMe and their application, Share, make it easy for your visitors to share your content with their friends, family, and others. The more people share your site and content, the more viral traffic goes back to your site.

Graphic design

The only two apps that I use for graphic design are Canva and Picmonkey. I love the variety of templates from Canva and the transparent background option from Picmonkey.

Affiliate Program

ShareASale is one of the easiest ways to monetize your blog. There are hundreds of companies on there; you just have to choose the ones that best fit your audience and niche, and you’ll be making money.

Productivity and Motivation

Every good writer has had some coaching; that is why, if you’re like me and love to write, I recommend finding someone who can help you with your writing, by giving you positive feedback and sharing improvement methods, not criticism! I work with writing coach Paula Diaco from I took Paula’s Storytelling for Business lab, and it has helped improve my writing, get new article ideas and decrease writer’s block.

I also recommend Grammarly for editing your work before publishing. The free version is excellent!
